CATES, Ind.—Word has been received of the death of a former resident, Mrs. Ruby Ricketts Hutts Whiteman of Brownsburg. She died at 5 a.m. Monday after being seriously ill for several months. Services will be in the Brownsburg Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Snoddy's Cemetery, south of Covington with graveside rites. Mrs. Whiteman is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Fredia Forkner of Danville, Ind.; a granddaughter, and a sister, Mrs. Cenith Blacketer of Cates. --typed by Walt W
