School land purchased by the deceased Zachariah Cooksey Jun'r on the 26th day of December AD 1846. The west half of the northeast quarter of section 16 being lots no. two and seven in Township eleven of Range twelve East in Franklin County and State of Indiana for the sum of $242.76 of which he has paid $60.69 being one fourth of the purchase money, also $10.93 being one years interest in advance. His interest in the above is appraised at $50.00.
