Be it known that on the 1st day of August 1836 before me (Nathaniel Hammond) the undersigned a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid personally appeared Josiah Milsher and Hugh West appraisers duly appointed by Jesse Woodyard administrator of the estate of William Cotton, late of said county deceased who made oath in dure form that the foregoing appraisement by them subscribed was made by them at the late residence of said deceased on the 8th day of October 1834 and that it comprises all and singular the goods and chattles belonging to said estate that was by said administrator exhibited to them and that the amount of the said appraisement as by us added is $130.33½ and that said sum is in their unbiased judement the true value of the same. And further depondents say not.
