  And afterwards towit: on the 24th day of May AD 1833 came the
said administrator and filed in the Clerks office of said court
the appraisement and sale bill of the personal property belonging
to the estate of the said Asa Davis deceased.  Which follow in
these words to wit:

What was taken by the widow at appraisement is marked thus X the
state of Indiana, Franklin County.  This day personally came
before me, the undersigned one of the justices of the peace for
the county aforesaid, Joseph Cross and William Jones and been
duly sworn deposeth and saith on oath that the above is a true
account of the appraisement of the estate of Asa Davis deceased.
