Personally appeared before me, John M. Johnston, Clerk of the Probate Court for said County, Robert Henry and Silvey Savan, who being duly sworn depose and say that they will truly, honestly, and impartially appraise the estate property and effects of Ruth Davis, late of said County deceased which shall be exhibited to them by John W. Davis, the administrator of said deceased according to the best of their judgment and ability (they being householders of the neighborhood.) subscribed and sworn before me this 2nd day of September 1851.
