Personally appeared before me Elijah Barwick, a justice of the peace of the county and
state aforesaid, William McCleery & James Swiggett, two respectable free holders of the
town of Brookville in the county aforesaid who by me being duly sworn on their oath say
that they will appraise at their fair value the goods and chattles contained in the inventory
what they are about to make with S. N. Davis, executor of the estate of William B. Davis,
deceased, of the personal property of said decedent.
