Commencing at the southeast corner and runing north one hundred and fifty eight and half rods, thence West eighty five rods thence south one hundred and seventeen and half rods, thence west seventy two and half rods thence south thirtyone and half rods thence east one hundred and sixty eight and half rods containing 101.89 acres praised at 5,000 dollars.
