On the 28th day of March AD 1851 the said administrator filed in the clerk's [page 454] office of the Court aforesaid the following inventory of appraisement and appraisers oath. To wit: State of Indiana, Franklin County, William Rake and John Shultz, respectable freeholders of Bath Township in said County personally appeared before me the undersigned, a justice of the peace of said County who being duly sworn according to law say that they will truly honestly and impartially apraise the esate property and effects of Thomas Flint (deceased) which shall be exhibited to them by Anna Flint as Executrix of the estate according to the best of their judgments and ability. William Bake, John Shultz, appraisers. Sworn and subscribed to before me this 21st day of March AD 1851, Noah Miller, Justice of the Peace.
