Personally appeared before me, Samuel Elwell, a justice of the Peace for said County, Elizabeth Fry, administratrix of the estate of Simon Fry deceased, and Samuel Howell and Eleazar Rose, appraisers of said estate and being duly affirmed and sworn the said Samuel Howell and Eleazar Rose say that the above inventory and appraisement as assigned by them is a just and true inventory and valuation of the goods, chattels and effects of the said Simon Fry to the best of their judgement and the said Elizabeth Fry say that the above is a true inventory of the personal estate of the said Simon Fry so far as the same has come to the administratrix.

Property taken at the appraisement by widow this 29th of Nov 1843
