Be it remembered that on the 18th day of November AD 1839 personally appeared before m, John Wynn, a Justice of the Peace within and for said County Isaac Soper and Reuben Cooley, two respected freeholders in the neighborhood of Mary Gant, dec'd late of Brookville township in the County and State aforesaid, who being by me duly sworn on their oaths solemnly say that the above appraisement by them made of the goods & chattles belonging to the estate of Mary Gant amounting to $739.48 is just and true within the best of their knowledge and belief and further say not.
