State of Indiana, Franklin County Before me, Nathaniel Hammond, a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally appeared Fielding Jeter and Andrew Carmichael appraisers appointed by John Hastings administrator of the estate of Isaac Hastings late of said County, deceased, to appraise the personal estate of which said deceased died possessed and made oath in the form of law that they would appraise said personal property without partiality, favor, affection according to their judgement. In testimony where I have hereunto set my and and seal this 22nd day of September 1835. Nathaniel Hammond, Justice of the Peace.
