Before me the undersigned one of the associate judges of the Franklin Circuit Court personally appeared on the 26 day of January AD 1850 David Erb & John M. Morgan, appraisers appointed by Alexander W. Johnston administrator of the Estate of Jacob Hedrick Sen'r late of the county of Franklin deceased and was by me duly sworn as such appraisers that they will truly honestly and impartially appraise the estate property and effects of said Jacob Hedrick Sen'r which shall be exhibited to them according to the best of their judgment and ability. David Erb, John M. Morgan sworn and subscribed to before me this the 26d day of January AD 1850 Redin Osborn, Associate Judge of the Franklin Circuit Court.
