State of Indiana, Franklin County: comes before me a justice of the peace of said county householders of the neighborhood who being sworn on oath say that they will faithfully honestly and impartially appraise the personal property of Jacob Lanius, deceased, that may be exhibited to them to the best of their judgment and ability. Sworn and subscribed before me this [3rd] day of June 1852. J.P. Here follows and inventory and appraisement in conformity with the foregoing oath.
