I John M. Johnston, executor of the last will of Jacob Lefforge deceased swear that the foregoing is a true and complete inventory of all the personal estate and real estate of said decedent which has come to my knowledge (except certain real estate which said decedent claimed title to but which title has not been settled, so help me God.
Subscribed and sworn to before me the 8th day of June A.D. 1853

Received of John M. Johnston executor of the last will and testament of Jacob Lefforge deceased all the personal estate and property of said decedent set for and described in the foregoing inventory of the personal estate of said deceased the total appraised value of which [Page 212] amounts to $529.65 (the amount against John M. Johnston for $6.35 being received by me in cash). The said personal esate property being received and taken possession of by me, Catharine Lefforge, widow of the said Jacob Lefforge, deceased under the said will of said testator to be held by me according to the provisions of said will of said testator to be held by me according to said will. Rec'd by me this 8th day of June A.D. 1853.
