Scobey an acting Justice of the Peace in and for the County and State aforesaid Judah Hinkley administrator of the estate of Thomas Matthews late of the County and State aforesaid deceased who was by me duly sworn and says that the above and foregoing list or Inventory of the goods and chattles rights and credits moneys and effects of said deceased is correct and true to the best of his knowledge so far as the same is come to his knowledge and at the same time comes also M. V. Simonson and James Samuels appraisers by the said administrator of said estate appointed to appraise said property as afd who has be me duly sworn and say that said appraisement as is returned is just and true to the best of their knowledge and fruther says not.
