Apenath Mendenhall declared insane, and William J. Peck declared
his guardian, who then sells of his personal property (Mendenhall
is 23 or 24):  The undersigned residents of Brookeville township
of said county selected by Wm. Peck guardian of the personal
estate of Apenath Mendenhall an insane person do appraise the
personal property of the said Apenath Mendenhall, do appraise the
said property at the following prices respectively as a just and
true valuation thereof to wit:

1 mirror                                     .50
1 side saddle                              12.00
1 breakfast table                           4.50
1 stove & cooking utensils                  8.00
