On the 7th day of December AD 1833, said admin filed in the Clerks office the following bill of appraisement. . . before me the undersigned one of the justices of the peace in and for the County aforesaid personally comes Abraham Lee and Samuel Tucker who was sworn as the law directs to appraise the personal estate of George Phenis deceased in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the 14th day of September A.D. 1833.
