Be it remembered that on this 9th day of June AD 1847, personally appeared before me, John M. Johnston, Clerk of Probate Court in and for the County of Franklin aforesaid, Richard Bourn, administrator of the estate of Samuel Pehnis dec'd and being duly sworn deposeth and saith that the foregoing Inventory is in all respects just and true and contains a full statement of all the property debts and accounts in favor of the estate of the said deceased which has come to his knowledge there being not bonds, mortgages, notes other securities or other debts and accounts not state in said inventory which has come to his knowledge, excepting such interest as he may have in the estate of his deceased father and mother the amount of which is any he said administrator has not now any knowledge. nor has any money, bank bills, or circulating medium come into his said administrators hand belonging to the estate of the said deceased.
