    Now comes the said John C. Powner, administrator of the
estate of the said Christopher Ross, deceased, and files the
following appraisement and sale bills to wit.

An inventory of the goods, chattels, and effects of Christopher
Ross late of Franklin County, and State of Indiana, deceased,
taken by John C. Powner, Administrator of the estate of the said
deceased with the assistance of John H. Miller and John
Bertanshaw, appraisers called and duly sworn for that purpose.

    John M Miller and John Bertenshaw says that the above in-
ventory and appraisement as signed by them is a just and true
inventory and valuation of the goods and chattels and effects of
the said Christopher Ross to the best of their judgment and the
said John C. Powner says that the above is a true inventory of
the personal estate of the said Christopher Ross, so far as the
same has come to his hands to be remembered. Given under my hand
