State of Indiana, Franklin County, Richard Bourn & Abraham Davis, reputable freeholders of said County being duly sworn say that they will truly honestly [page 114] and impartially appraise the estate property and effects of the estate of Matthias Sayres, late of said County deceased, which shall be exhibited to them by Elisha Burk administrator of said Estate according to the best of their judgment and ability.
