On the 3rd day of October A.D. 1849, the said administrator filed in the Clerk's Office of the Court aforesaid the following Inventory and appraisement and appraisers oath to wit: The following is an inventory of the personal property of James Seal deceased appraised by Cyrus Quick and John Cummins in the presence of Giles Gant, the administrator of said deceased on this 13th day of September A.D. 1849
