Rowe, a Justice of the Peace of Brookville Township in said County, Personally appeared James Quick and John [page 289] Crist who being by me duly sworn upon their oath says that they will truly and honestly and impartially appraise the estate property and effects of Samuel Sering, deceased which shall be exhibited to them according to the best of their Judgment and ability.
