Personally appeared before me the undersigned a justice of the peace in and for said County Jonathan Banes and Ezekiel Tynor, two respectable freeholders of said County who being by me duly sworn on their oath say that they will truly honestly and impartially appraise the estate property and effects late belonging to Adam Shafer of said County deceased, which shall be exhibited to them by the administrators of said Estate to the best of their judgment and ability. J. Banes, E. Tyner. Sworn and subscribed before me this 1st day of February A.D. 1847, James Simmonds, Justice of the Peace. Inventory and appraisement of the personal effects belonging to the estate of Adam Shafer late of Franklin County, deceased, made by Ezekiel Tyner and Jonathan Banes, freeholders of said County at the request and appointment of the administrator of said estate.
