State of Indiana, Franklin County, Before Ira Stout, one of the Justices of the Peace within and for said County personally came John C. Sering and John Crist and being duly sworn on their oath say that they will honestly and impartially appraise the estate property and effects of Margaret Smith deceased late of Franklin County which shall be exhibited to them by John Smith, administrator of said estate according to the best of their judgment and ability. Appraisers, John C. Sering, John Christ, J. Ira Stout one of the justices of the Peace certify [page 567] that the foregoing oath ws taken and subscribed before me this 25th day of October 1849. Given under my hand and seal this 25th day of October 1849, Ira Stout, Justice of the Peace.
