Be it known that on the 30th day of October 1832 before me Elijah Barwick a Justice of the
Peace of and for Brookville township in the county aforesaid personally came David Genn
& Isaac Clements appraisers duly appointed by James Webb executor of the last will and
testament of Thomas Smith deceased, late of the County aforesaid and being duly sworn as
by law required on their oath solemnly saith, that on the 22nd & 25th days of October A.D.
1832 at the late residence of said deceased, the[y] proceeded to appraise all and every
article of personal property belonging to said estate that was shown them by the executor
aforesaid and the within list of personal property by them signed is a true list of the same
and the said deponants further saith that the sum of $758.49½ is the sum total of the
personal estate as by them footed, except $69.00 which is in cash and promissory note as by
them footed. . .
