On the 18th day of Feb'ry A. D. 1845, personally appeared before me the undersigned Justice of the Peace of the county afd Martin Quick and Andrew Reid, and were by me duly sworn truly, honestly, and impartially appraise the estate property and effects belonging to the estate of Joel Tucker, and insane person, that may be exhibited to them according to the best of there judgment and ability and further say not.
