. . .Personally came Richard Tyner & John Hackleman appraisers duly appointed
by William Tyner & Mary Tyner administrator and administratrix of the estate of
Solomon Tyner late of said County deceased, who being duly sworn as by law
required on their oaths say that the above list of personal property was by them
appraised on the 1st day of November 1830 at the late residence of said deceased
and that said list contains all & every article of personal property shown them by
said administrator and administratrix as belonging to said estate. And depondents
also say that the prices by them affixed to each item in the above list is in their
opinions the true value of the same and that the said sum of $510.91 is in their
unbiased opinions the true cash value of all said property so as aforesaid
appraised by them and further these depondents say not.
