Be it remembered that on the 23rd day of April AD 1835 personally appeared before me the undersigned a Justice of the peace within and for said County James Gondie and Thomas Kennedy who being by me duly sworn on their oat solemnly saith that the above inventory and appraisement of the goods and chattles belonging to the estate of Simeon Vieley dec'd is just and true as by them appraised to the best of their knowledge and belief and further they say not.
