PRINCETON, Ind. — Wesley G. Ford, 83, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2009, at his home in Princeton, Indiana. He was born December 3, 1925, to parents, Glenn and Catherine (Key) Ford, who are deceased. Wesley was a retired businessman. He was the owner of Petersburg Building Supply and a shareholder in F & M Building and Home Supplies, Inc. in Princeton, Indiana. He also was an oil producer and operator. Wesley was a past president of the Gibson County Fair Board Association and a member of the Elks.

Wesley is survived by a daughter, Debra Blair of Marion, Ind.; a son, Mac (Angie) Ford of Princeton, Ind.; grandchildren, Laura Blair of Fishers, Ind., Melissa Blair of Marion, Ind., Mackenzie Ford of Boston, Ma., Christy Ford of Chicago and Jason (Melanie) Evans; a great-grandchild, Noah Evans of Evansville; brothers, William Ford, Doyne (Jean) Ford of Princeton; and a sister, Lupheba (John) Newman of Evansville.

Funeral services will be graveside at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2009, in Shiloh Cemetery near Hazleton, with Rev. Craig Duke officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton.
