OAKLAND CITY — Kevin William “Critter” Ketterer, 48, of Oakland City, passed away Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009 at Gibson General Hospital.

Born March 6, 1961 in Gowanda N.Y., he was the son of Donald Harvey and Janis Betty (Wagner) Ketterer.

He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a truck driver for A&B Contracting in Princeton.

Survivors include his wife of seven years, Marti (Hensley) Ketterer; mother, Janis Ketterer of Eden, N.Y.; sons, Patrick Ketterer of New York, Adam Ketterer of Oakland City; daughters, Jessica Ketterer of Princeton, River Ketterer of Oakland City; stepchildren, Elizabeth and Kendall Stutsman of Oakland City; brother, Kyle Ketterer of Buffalo, N.Y.; sisters, Karen Dennis of Towanda, N.Y., Laurie Morris of Hamburg, N.Y.; and special friend, but like a brother, Tim Butler of Eden N.Y.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Harvey Ketterer; and brother, Kenneth Ketterer.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
