JASPER, Ind. — Tammy R. Field, 48, of Jasper, Ind., entered on Thursday September 17, 2009, at 5:30 p.m. at St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson, Nevada.

She was born on September 4, 1961, Jasper, Ind., to Jerry and Linda (Simmons) Rowe. She was a radiological technician at Medical of Dubois in Jasper.

Surviving her husband of 25 years, Dr. Tom Fields of Jasper; mother, Linda Rowe of Washington, Ind.; stepson, Blake Field of Las Vegas, Nev.; grandmother, Arbutus Simmons of Washington, Ind.; sisters, Deanda Rowe and Melissa Rowe of Washington; brother, Brandon Rowe of Washington, Ind.; and nephew, Tanner Rowe Of Washington, Ind.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. EST Wednesday, September 23, 2009, at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City, Ind., with burial in Williams Cemetery near Oakland City. The Rev. Bob Deal will be officiating. Visitation is from 4 to 9 p.m. EST Tuesday and from 9 a.m. to services on Wednesday at the Chapel.
