CITY — Judah Elijah Hicks, 24, passed away Monday, Sept. 28, 2009 at Especially
Kids in Shelbyville, Ind. where he lived for 20 years.
He was born on May 28, 1985 in OaklandCity.
Survivors include his father, Calvin Hicks of California; mother and step-father, Karen and Steve Fulcher
of OaklandCity; brother, Caleb Hicks of Vincennes; half-sister, Jamie Sova; maternal grandmother, Imogene Peters of OaklandCity; paternal grandparents, Floyd Calvin and Bernie Hicks of
Columbus, Tenn.; paternal grandmother, Marlene Maves
of Columbus, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dr. Henry
Peters and his great grandmother, Katherine Peters.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday Oct. 1, 2009 at the FirstPentecostalChurch, on Ind. 64 east in OaklandCity, with the Rev. Pat McCandless
officiating. Burial will be at the BlackfootCemetery in PikeCounty.
Visitation will be until service
time on Thursday at the church. Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in OaklandCity is in charge of arrangements.
