Larry Fisher, 70, passed away on Wednesday November 25, 2009 at his home in Greenwood, Ind. where he lived for the past 5 years. 

He previously lived in Frankin, Ky and in Princeton, Ind., where he graduated from Princeton High School in 1957. 

He retired in 2000 from Siemens Corp. as a tool and die designer.  He was a former member of Broadway Christian Church in Princeton. He was also a member and past president of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and a member of the Prince Lodge 231.

He was born on Sept. 5, 1939 in Princeton to Charles and Zelma (Johnson) Fisher, both now deceased.  Also preceding him in death was his brother, Gary Fisher in 2007.

Larry is survived by his wife, Jane Fisher of Greenwood; three sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Karen Fisher of Safety Harbor, Fla., Jeff and Sara Fisher of Crawfordsville, Ind., and Eric and Pam Fisher of Greenwood; and 10 grandchildren, Andrew, Allison and Jonathan Fisher, Megan and Chelsea Fisher, and Ericka, Jordan, Seth, Olivia and Lauren Fisher.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday Nov. 28, 2009 at 3 p.m. at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, officiated by Rev. John Dunn. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from noon until 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
