Juanita (Montgomery) Hartley, 97 of Patoka, passed away Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 at Gibson General Hospital’s Skilled Nursing facility.

 She was born Jan. 15, 1912 in Cynthiana, to Arch and Bessie (Meeker) Montgomery.

She was a member of the Tower Heights Church of God in Princeton. She worked as a bookkeeper at the Patoka National Bank in Patoka for more than 30 years.

Juanita is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Cecil Glenn and Nancy Hartley of Princeton; four grandchildren, Michael Hartley of Patoka, Stephen Hartley of Princeton, David Hartley of Anderson, Mark Hartley of Evansville; 11 great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Hartley, two sons, Gerald Lee Hartley, Larry Don Hartley; and two sisters, Agnes F. Montgomery and Eva E. Myers.

 Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday Nov. 18, 2009 at the Tower Heights Church of God in Princeton, with the Rev. James Walters and Pastor Louie Pantelis officiating. Burial will be in  Decker Cemetery near Patoka.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Colvin Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.
