Jered Charles Branham, 16, of Princeton, passed away on Tuesday December 29, 2009 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. 

Born July 21, 1993 in Evansville, he was the son of Andrew Christian Branham and Angela Dawn Beckner Branham. 

Jered was a student at Princeton Community High School and a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 242 of Fort Branch one step from an Eagle Scout.  He was a 21st Century Scholar as well as a member of the National Junior Honor Society. 

He loved playing guitar and was an avid Facebook user as well as a wonderful big brother. 

Jered is survived by his parents, Chris (Angela) Branham of Evansville, Angie Branham of Princeton; brother, Jeffrey Hendrix of Evansville; sister,  Adriana Branham of Evansville; grandparents, Katharine A. Branham of Evansville, Kenneth (Jeanine) Smith of Speedway; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; and special friend, Dakota Rostron. 

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Charles (Phyllis) Beckner and R. Ray Branham.

Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 5, 2010 at Doyle Funeral Home, 520 S. Main St. in Princeton.

Funeral services will immediately follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Tony Edwards officiating.
