Thelma Pearl (Perry) Keeton, 93, passed away, Friday, March 5, 2010. 

Born Nov. 25, 1916, in Franklinton, N.C., she was the daughter of Kimbrough Jones Perry and Nora (Parrish) Perry.

Survivors include a son, Perry Keeton and his wife, Montrann “Judy” of Roanoke, Va.; daughter-in-law, Judy (Beloat) Keeton of Princeton; former daughter-in-law and special friend, Karen (Beadles) Bedwell and her husband Don, of Troutville, Va.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved aunt and guardian, Martha (Perry) McGhee; her husband, Lawrence Keeton, Sr.; and a son, Lawrence Keeton, Jr.

 A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City with burial at Williams Cemetery in Pike County. 

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 12 at the funeral home.
