Ralph Dillon 82, passed away Sunday May 16, 2010 at the Waters in Princeton

Born Sept. 30, 1927 in Pike County, he was the son of Ralph and Verna (Marvel) Dillon.

He married Robertine Burkhart Jan. 16, 1948. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II and a life member of the VFW Post 1147. He was a swine producer and was retired from the Gibson County Highway Dept.

Survivors include by his children, Walter Dillon of Oaktown, Dale Dillon, David Dillon both of Princeton, Lilly Shoultz of Patoka, Everette Dillon of Petersburg, Floyd Dillon of Owensville, Angelo Dillon, Jim Dillon, both of Princeton; sisters Oleva Young , Linda Williams, Olive Thomas, Wanda Brown all of Patoka; brothers, Daniel Dillon of Patoka, Morris Dillon of Union; 15- grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren;

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Robertine Feb. 6, 1998; brother, John Dillon; and sister, Effie Beadles. 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday May 18, 2010 at Curtis Funeral Home in Winslow with the Rev. Carolyn Dillon officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Union.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the service hour Tuesday at the funeral Home.
