Edward T. Bartley, 77 of Francisco, passed away Friday,  Sept. 10, 2010 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.

Born Feb. 25, 1933 Arkansas, he was the son of Frank T. and Carrie (Graham) Bartley.

He was owner of Bartley & Perigo Masonry Co. in for 51 years in Evansville.

He graduated from Francisco High School and was a member of the Francisco Lions Club, Francisco United Methodist Church, Oakland City Masonic Lodge 467, Hadi Shrine, Scottish Rite and Gibson County Shrine Club.

 Survivors include daughters, Susan (Eric) Sloan of Francisco, Carrie Bartley of Pigeon Forge, Tenn.; brothers: John Bartley of Oakland City,Virgil Bartley of Princeton; sister, Reba Harbison of Mt. Carmel, Ill.; grandchildren, Crystal Smith of Sevierville, Tenn., Christopher and Kalen Sloan of Francisco; and great-granddaughter, Alessa Sloan of Francisco;

 He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Lillian Rowena Bartley on July 8, 2008.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday Sept. 15, 2010 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City with the Rev. Rick Lance officiating. Burial will be in  I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Francisco.

Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until the service hour on Wednesday at the chapel.

Masonic memorial services will be conducted 7 p.m. Tuesday by Oakland City Masonic Lodge 467 at the chapel.
