Pastor Mark V. DeLong, 49, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010.

He was born Aug. 14, 1961 in Evansville.

Mark was the children’s pastor and a member of Oasis Assembly of God in Princeton. He drove bus No. 8 for the North Gibson School Corp.

Survivors include his wife of 29 1/2 years, Lori A. DeLong of Princeton; a daughter, Anna (Greg) Mann of Petersburg; a son, Josiah (Johnna) DeLong of Fort Branch; four grandchildren, Trenton and Kailee Mann, Emma Wagner, Luke Sale all at home; a sister, Jo Ann (Kenny) Dill of Fort Branch; two brothers, Dennis (Barbara) DeLong of Fort Branch, Darrel (Donna) DeLong of New Harmony; father-in-law, Ronald Toth of Owensville; mother-in-law, Patricia Toth of Princeton; six brothers and sisters-in-law, Ron (Kim) Toth of Missouri, Cindy (David) Coomer and Bob Toth of Princeton, Kally (Christy) Toth, Danny (Jane) Toth, Debbie (Billy) Ross all of Owensville; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Josiah and Evelyn DeLong.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010 at Oasis Assembly of God, 1104 S. Stout St. in Princeton, with Pastor Mike Marsh officiating. Burial will follow at Clark Cemetery near Owensville.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton and on Saturday from noon until the service hour at the church.
