Arvel Mattingly, Ft. Branch, Dies at Evansville

 

Funeral Services To Be Held Thursday At Presbyterian Church

 

FT. BRANCH, Nov. 17 – (Special).Arvel Mattingly, age 31, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Mattingly, died Tuesday morning, November 16, 1937, at 9:30 o’clock in the Boehne hospital in Evansville, following an illness of two years.

 

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Ft. Branch Presbyterian Church in charge of rev. Ralph B. Colton of Jasper and Rev. E. C. Barnado.  Burial will be in Walnut Hill cemetery.

 

Surviving besides the parents are three brothers, Ralph of Booneville, Forrest and Gilbert of Ft. Branch.

 

The deceased was graduated from the Ft. Branch high school with the class of 1926.
