Plan Rites For Mrs Barker

Services To Be Held Sunday Afternoon at Ft. Branch Church.

FT BRANCH, In. Aug 14 - (Special) Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Barker, age 84, whose death occurred in Whittier, Cal. will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the General Baptist Church in charge of Rev. H. C. Alldredge, assisted by Rev. Francis Wood.  Burial in Walnut Hill cemetery.

The body was accompanied to Ft. Branch by the son, Charles Hatch and Mrs. Hatch.  The deceased was the widow of Elija Barker and the family lived in this community until 15 years ago.

FORMER FT BRANCH WOMAN DIES

Mrs Mary Barker Succumbs in Whittier, Calif.

FT BRANCH - Aug 12 - (Special) Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Mary Barker, age about 90, former local resident, and mother of Charles Hatch, former postmaster, here, whose death occurred at Mr. Hatch's home in Whittier, Calif.

The body arrived in Princeton this afternoon at 2 o'clock and brought to the Wheeler funeral home here, where it will remain until the funeral hour, probably Saturday.  Burial will be in the Walnut Hill cemetery.  Mr. Hatch is the only survivor.
