Doyle C. Bilderback

Doyle C. Bilderback, 80, died at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, 1995 at

Gibson General Hospital in Princeton.

He was born Feb., 2, 1915 in Princeton and resided here most of his

lifetime. Bilderback was a welder for Old Ben No. 2. He attended the Bethel Memorial Church. He was a member of Prince Lodge 231 F&AM, and Local 4343 of the United Mine Workers of America, Old Ben No. 2. He served in the U.S. Army.

Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Phoebe (Thompson) Bilderback; a son,

Ronnie Bilderback of Fort Branch; five daughters, Judy McGrew of Princeton, Lily Elliott, of Mount Vernon, Ind., Connie VanMeter of Winslow, Janet Powers of Owensville and Nancy Bulloch of Fort Branch; 21 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; a half brother, Charles Bess of Tallahassee, Fla.

Preceding in death was a grandchild.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Colvin Funeral Home, 425

N. Main St., Princeton, with Pastor Kevin Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery, east of Hazleton.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 until 8 p.m. today; and from

8 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday.
