Oliver Hale

 

MOUNT OLYMPUS — Oliver E. Hale, 90, died Sunday, May 28, 2000, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

 

He retired from Graham Oil Development.

 

He was a member of Patoka United Methodist Church and Pike County Coon Hunters Club.

 

Surviving are his wife of 18 years, Lucille D.; a daughter, Bette Coomer of Wheeling; a stepdaughter, Stacie Tenbrink of Bakersfield, Calif.; two stepsons, Paul Rich of Spring Lake, Mich., and Larry Rich of Grand Haven, Mich.; two sisters, Katie Welch of Princeton and Beulah Eastman of West Branch, Mich.; two brothers, Edward and Arthur, both of Princeton; two grandchildren, Rhea Pea and Shay Seals; six stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren and five stepgreat-grandchildren.

 

His first wife, Juanita (Thompson), died in 1978.

 

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with burial in Shiloh Cemetery near Hazleton.

 

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
