Paul O. Harper, 82, of Winslow, IN, entered rest on Saturday Feb.2, 2008 at 8:34 P.M. at Elkhart Hospital in Elkhart, IN.

He was born on December 1, 1925 in Muhlenberg County Kentucky to Woodrow Jackson and Sarah E. (Easton) Harper.

He was a retired Coal Miner and member of U.M.W.A.; and member of Grace Fellowship Baptist Church in Princeton, IN.

Surviving is wife 55 years former Relda Mae Kinder Harper; children, Deborah and Leland Holland of Merrillville, IN, Wanda and Dave Miedema of Elkhart, IN, Edward and Angie Harper of DuQuoin, IL, Diana and Kevin Brock of Petersburg, IN, Donna and Wayne Sankey, Jr. of Clemmons, North Carolina, Ronald and Tammy Harper of Evansville, IN; (12) grandchildren;(5) great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., C.S.T., Saturday, February 9, 2008 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City with burial in Blackfoot Cemetery near Coe, IN. Rev. Leland Holland will officiate.

Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until services on Saturday at the chapel.
