Lisa D. “Cochren” Heldt, 41, of Oakland City, IN passed away on Thursday May 26, 2005 at her home.

She was born on Dec. 3, 1963 in Gibson County to Sidney Cochren and Diane (Sharp) Gress.

Surviving are: two daughters, Kelci Lenae Heldt and Laci Shae Heldt; mother, Diana Gress of Washington IN; sister, Cathy Wethington of Washington, IN; brother, Robert Gress of Washington, IN; grandmother, Agnes Cochren of Oakland City, IN; nieces, Jerrica Perkins and Lindsey Gress; and nephews, Hunter Wethington and Chase Gress.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Sunday May 29, 2005 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel, with burial in Montgomery Cemetery, Rev. Darin D. Nossett officiating.

Visitation will be from 3:00-8:00 P.M. Saturday and from 8:00 A.M. until services on Sunday at the chapel.
