Reva N. (Lamb) Kell, 84, of Yankeetown, IN entered rest on Tuesday April 22, 2008 at 6:50 A.M. at Woodmont Health Campus in Boonville, IN.

She was born on August 2, 1923 in Equality, IL to Burl and Irene Lamb.

She graduated from Oakland City High and Oakland City College.   She attended the Yankeetown United Methodist Church; was with the General Baptist Missionaries to Chi Chi Jima in the Bonin Islands from 1956-1959; taught school for 28 years, 1 year in Chi Chi Jima and 27 years at Yankeetown Elementary.  She also was a member of Dayville Homemakers Club and Raintree Quilters Guild.

Surviving is her husband John Kell; children, Janice Martin of Brownsburg, IN, Martha Carpenter of Richland , IN, Mike Kell of New Port Richey, Florida; sister, Jeannine Moore of Dawson Springs, KY; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Montgomery Cemetery both in Oakland City, IN, Rev. Ron Carpenter and Rev. Robert Moore will officiate.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday and from 8:00 A.M. until services on Friday at the chapel.
