Lucille M. Sharp, 88, of Washington, IN passed away on Sunday August 14, 2005 at 12:55 A.M. at Eastgate Manor in Washington, IN.

She was born on April 24, 1917 in Pike Co., IN to P. H. and Callie (Henson) Cooper.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Heber Sharp in 1973; two brothers, Harold and Charles Cooper; sister, Ruth Harmon.

She was a homemaker and member of Brenton Chapel United Church of Christ in Petersburg, IN.

Surviving family members include: A daughter, Margaret Davis of Washington, IN; two grandsons, John and Don Davis; four great grandchildren; one brother, Lorel Cooper of Buckskin, IN; sisters, Jessie Tisdale of Winslow, IN, Eva Schmerberg of San Diego, Calif., Jean Clace of Winslow, IN, Voris Birdwell of Evansville, IN; a niece, Anita Barrett of Oakland City, IN.

Funeral services will be Wednesday August 17, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel in Oakland City, IN, burial in Montgomery Cemetery with Bro. George Fiscus officiating.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M on Tuesday and from 8:00 A.M. until service on Wednesday at the Chapel.
