PETERSBURG—Blanche Irene Stiles, 79, of Princeton, died Monday, March 26, 2001, at  St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.

She was born February 9, 1922 in Wheeling.

She was retired from the meat department of Giant Food Market where she worked for over 40 years in the Washington D.C. area.

She was a member of the Wheeling United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a brother, Tom Stiles of Wheeling; three sisters, Pearl Kays and Betty Masters, both of Princeton, Elizabeth Ours of Mt. Olympus; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Silas and Lula (Dawson) Stiles; a brother, William Stiles; and a sister, Margaret Stiles.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 30, at Colvin Funeral Home. The Rev. Tom Stiles will officiate.

Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Mt. Olympus.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 29 at the funeral home.
