Anna M. Adler, 83 of Martinsville and formerly of Petersburg and Princeton, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the Waters of Martinsville. She was a former member of the First Baptist Church in Princeton and a member of the First Baptist Church in Petersburg. She worked as the head of housekeeping at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.

Anna was born on February 20, 1925 in Princeton, IN to Marshall & Dollie (Morgan) Jones, both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Fred G. Adler in 1997; and brothers, Robert, Donald, William and Jack Jones. 

She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Donald F. (Shirley) Adler of Eastman, GA; daughter & son-in-law, Judy (Ken) Taylor of Martinsville; 5 grandchildren, Cynema Petry of Hollansburg, OH, Nick Adler of Eastman, GA, Cheri Allen of Sarasota, FL, Kenny Taylor of Martinsville, and Debbie Stevenson of Avon; 6 great- grandchildren; sisters, Louise Morrison of Princeton and Shirley Hartley of Rossville, GA; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Funeral Services will be held on Monday September 22, 2008 at 2 PM CST at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton officiated by Pastor George Prinzing. Burial will be at the Oddfellows Cemetery in Princeton. Friends may visit from 12 noon CST until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
