Herschell Leon "Judge" Angle age 71 of Princeton went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday Sept. 26, 2006 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville IN. Herschell was born Aug. 18, 1935 in Sumner IL to Robert and Emma (Hill) Angle. 

He had lived in
Princeton since grade school. He was a longtime employee of Hitch Packing Co. where he worked as a meat cutter and truck driver, retiring in 1985. He attended the Oasis Assembly of God in Princeton 

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Floyd Eugene and a sister Roberta Angle. 

He is survived by his wife of 50 years Ernestine "Ernie" Angle of Princeton, two daughters and a son-in-law; Virona Brown of Williamsport, OH and Jan and Allen Byrns, Princeton, a son and daughter-in-law; Brad and Michelle Angle, Princeton, two sisters; Norma Wells, McDonough, GA and Becky Julian, Princeton, one brother; William Edward Angle, Francisco, eight grandchildren: Clay Brown, Andrea Geise, Julie Brown, Meganne, and Caleb Angle, Cody , Shane and Jesse Byrns, five step-grandchildren and three great grandchildren 

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday Sept. 29, 2006 at the Oasis Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Mike Marsh officiating, burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery rural Princeton. Visitation will be held at the Colvin Funeral Home from 4 until
8 p.m. Thursday Sept. 28, and 1 p.m. until service time at the Church on Friday.
